Instructions

This is the general workflow for Twingly Insight:

1. Use Twingly Insight to extract large amounts blog data from Twingly's extensive archive of more than 500 000 blog posts per day in over 20 languages.

2. Twingly Insight outputs the blog data in Excel spreadsheets with several work sheets that gives both the blog posts and extensive metadata.

   Here is an example of three month's data for the search term "Volvo":

   

3. By having all the data available in the same Excel spreadsheet you can develop and apply your own analysis without being confined to what your media monitoring service offers.

   Here is an example Social Media Analysis Report for Volvo created from the sample Excel file above, using the methods described in the User Guide:

   

   Please note that this is only a sample report. The unique strength of Twingly Insight is that you are able to create your own method of analysis that fits your specific needs.
